All clients who retain our services receive:

• Support for the pregnant woman and her partner before, during and after birth
  
• A birth packet, full of information to help laboring woman and her family to make informed decisions.
  
• A minimum of one prenatal visit – usually 2 or 3 depending on time available and need
  
• Telephone support throughout pregnancy
  
• Their doula at their side during the labor and birth of their child
  
• A guarantee of a backup in the event your doula is unable to make it

We also have available at no extra charge:

• Deep relaxation and visualization techniques
  
• Breastfeeding support and help with initial latch
  
• One optional postpartum visit
  
• Referrals to lactation consultants, massage therapists, reflexologists, prenatal yoga classes, infant massage teachers, etc.

The following are offered and may be extra; please talk to your doula:

• Photos and/or video of birth (may be contingent on hospital policies)
  
• Written birth story
  
• Birth plan preparation assistance
